The right applicant in the right place

What if the “5-legged sheep” depended on the sheepfold?

We’re not looking for the ‘best applicant’ in all its universality, because it doesn’t exist. At Jarod Legal, the 5-legged sheep is assessed on the basis of the working environment, a specific setting in which it is likely to express all its talent. Therein lies the essence of our mission: finding the perfect tandem between the applicant for the company and the company for the applicant, a synergy capable of enhancing the full potential of both parties.

ENGAGED IN Engaged in
1

A relationship of trust

It is essential to build a lasting relationship with recruiters and applicants alike. As an intermediary between companies and talent, we need to understand every nuance of the applicant’s career path, assimilate expectations and aspirations, and ensure that the applicant’s personality matches the corporate culture of the potential host organisation. This knowledge of promoted values, your past experience and your vision of the future can only be the result of complete trust.

3

Transparent dialogue

We’re not here to waste your time, and we’re convinced that honesty is the key ingredient to success. That’s why we only accept applications, from both candidates and recruiters, to which we can provide real added value. In the same way, we will always take a clear and pragmatic view of what is expected of each party, both in
terms of the nature of the profile sought according to the job description, but also in terms of how the recruiting company operates.

2

Cross-functional support

At the end of the day, this is our core business, so we might as well do it right by supporting you from the beginning to the end of the recruitment process. In other words, you’ll never be alone in the lion’s den (we’ll stick to the lexicon of the animal kingdom after all). From the moment you are onboarded, an adviser will be with you throughout your integration, selected on the basis of how well his or her own expertise matches the company’s sector of activity or the profile you are looking for. This support continues right through to salary negotiations, and only ends at the end of the trial period.
