4th Step

1st phase of selecting the potential applicant via an initial telephone interview

5th Step

2nd phase of the selection process via an in-depth interview to assess the applicant’s personality and validate their technical skills

6th Step

Acting as an intermediary and advisor between the company and the applicant throughout the entire process. Throughout the recruitment process and right up to the final selection of the applicant, we send out a progress report once a week to keep track of the progress of our search.

7th Step

Tailor-made support, in complete confidentiality, right through to the applicant’s integration into the company or law firm.
