Our weekly progress report is a comprehensive overview of developments in our research and in the market. The interview report is a simple but explicit presentation of the applicant’s background, motivations, strengths and areas for improvement. It also includes references.
Trained in the language of colours, we apply the DISC method when selecting talent. So, after checking that the technical skills match the tasks set out in the job description, we make sure that the applicant’s personality and that of the recruiter, complement each other to build truly lasting professional partnerships.
